We are looking for a professional Instructional Design consultant to develop workshop curricula to accompany each of our learning modules https://influenceindustry.org/en/learn/ into training materials in the existing format https://exposingtheinvisible.org/en/learn/workshops/. Trainers will be able to pair these modular workshops with one another in the future.
More specifically the work will include:
- adapting the existing learning modules into workshop curricula and engaging activities for online or in-person trainers
- and monitor the Investigating the Influence Industry: Summer School or at least sections of the event – to document how the learning hub modules are currently run within a workshop format
In order to apply, applicants must fit the following criteria:
- a proven track record in developing workshop curricula and complementary activities;
- some prior experience or interest in the topic of elections and technology;
- a flexible, team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- the ability to deliver on time under tight deadlines and to respond to feedback in a timely manner;
- availability in the last two weeks of July 2023 to attend sections of the Summer School.
For this role, we are able to offer:
- informational sessions to present our research, content and existing resources (including previous workshop plans, activities and feedback);
- support and collaboration during the development phase;
- provide up to 1,600 EUR as compensation for this role.
